Q. How to place an order on the site?
- To order a purchase:-
- Click the Add to Cart button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click "Continue Shopping" to continue adding more products to your cart, or click "Checkout" to continue paying for products.
- You will be taken to a login page where you will need to log in to your account using your username and password. If you don't have an account yet, you need to register an account before proceeding with the payment.
- You will need to confirm your shipping address on the Shipping Address page and click the Next button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click the Next button.
- Then you need to select a payment method and click on the "Next" button.
- After all the previous steps are completed, you need to confirm your payment details and agree to the terms.
- Click "Confirm Order" to complete the order.
Q. What are the payment methods?
We accept online banking, e-wallet, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Q. How do I change the personal information and shipping address in my account?
Log in to your account → Click "Account Maintenance" → Edit your account information and shipping address here.
Q. I forgot the password for my account. What should I do to get it?
Click Forgot your password? ”And enter your email address that was used to register the account in the field.
You will be sent a verification token. After receiving the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an order that has already been placed?
Yes, only if the order is still pending.
